- Yogurt recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of milk * []
Dairy product: whole or low fat
2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt with live culture
Directions:
Heat milk in a saucepan to about 180°F; let milk cool to about 110°F.
Fold in the plain yogurt.
Transfer the mixture into a clean and sterile almond butter jar it comes with a lid, or justiries with a cloth over it.
Put it in some warm place and let it ferment for 6 to 12 hours.
Refrigerate once it thickens. Serve and enjoy your yogurt!
